massive fire broke out in fire crackers factory in tamilnadu, india  take a toll of 50 human lives.

this is total responsibility of govt. officers  and all depts. of concerned.  most of the fore crackers units are in bad shape. every official in this region knows. and all media houses are known to this. But  when he situation ariase all this fellows are turn to top to bottom. after some times same old things will continue.  Is there any solution to this
